Changing Capital Ship Flare Color

I remember asking about this a couple months ago while converting Vonari capital ships to Borg cubes where I changed the flares to green and placed them in random locations to simulate Borg electronic / power sources.

This time I'd like change the flares on my Reliant model (ship2) to red to match the colors from the movie, which naming convention would I use to accomplish this?

When using the human ship indexes rather than Vonari, 'jet1.png' and 'jet2.png' are for the exhaust outlet effect and 'mex3.png' is used for the lens flares.

Awesome thanks and this will likely affect the flares on all human capital ships then correct?

Sidequest project question.... can computer displays in cockpit be animated? Longshot I know you'll probably shoot me down but thought i'd ask anyway :-)

Not in terms of static looping animations (ie animated gif's or something), only their actual readouts will change over time, whether digital or bar graph.
