Hi i asked several NPCs for information some of them say that "If your reputation was better id have more for you" or something like that.
What rank do i need to be to be able to receive information in this cases? Im sure theres a rank where it dont block you from this infos anymore(rank or rating).
Im currently rank trainee and Rating competent.
Ask for information blocked by rank?

That's just the NPC's way of saying they don't want to give you information. It's one of several 'excuses' they may use.

The real bummer is when an NPC takes your credits and then supplies bogus information.
