[EL] A new warping sound effect for Evochron Legacy SE

Spent some time editing this one and thought I'd share it with anyone who wants it:

Once the file is downloaded find the install directory to your evochron legacy se .exe then place it inside media/sounds

if you don't have a 'sounds' folder in that directory yet, you can create one
