Well. I'm before the 10th mission. I have to destroy Vonari station with Fulcrum Torpedo, but I haven't it. Where I can find it?

Look for military outposts in Vonari space. If you send me a quick e-mail, I can reply back with the html format strategy guide for the game, which may help with things like this in the future as well.
