P.S. I have a question about cloud effect texture filename which you can see in nebula, Do the file possible to mod? If yes, what is the name and where should it be?

No, the composite textures used to assemble nebula clouds that the player can fly through are fixed internally. This is primarily due to the potential for exploits (ie removing them to eliminate the intended visual obstruction they cause).
