I just purchased a Thrustmaster flight kit (Includes joystick throttle and rudder pedals) but Evochron Legends does not detect it.

First, do you mean Legends or Legacy? If you have the Thrustmaster properly installed in Windows, then it's likely that you have more than one game control device plugged in and your TM is on a different ID than the first. You can open joy.cpl in Windows and view the list of devices there (and the order they are in). From there, you'll generally just need to click on the left or right arrow buttons at the top of either the axis configuration menu or the key/button configuration menu to map control functions to it. Legacy supports up to 10 simultaneous control devices, so you simply need to select which one you want to map controls to.
