After the last update you will lose anything stored in station's hangar when you dock the station!
I've already lost my three mining beams at Vega station and they're now unrecoverable!

After losing goods at Vega station I've decided to ensure if this bug will remain and backed up my profile.
As you can see from hangar log I've had goods at OUTPOST 1 station. I flew to OUTPOST 1, docked into the station and the hangar became completely empty! I've checked the "station/hangar log" again and there were no OUTPOST 1 entry anymore like if I haven't stored anything here!
It seems this bug works for all stations.

So if you don't want to lose your stored goods, don't dock at stations and don't save profile until Vice fixes this bug!
Back up your profile before testing!

Ok, I've rolled out an update on Steam that should fix the issue for you.

Edit: I've tested a variety of travel (which was the primary factor for the issue you reported), destroy, build, and restore conditions and all have been successful. So it should be sorted now.

I'll edit/update the thread accordingly when the time comes for descriptive subject/topic text and fixed marker.

Now it works fine, nothing disappeared. Thank you for quick response!

Is it just a Steam issue or will the fix appear in the next update?

Everything has been updated (version updated to 1.0488), the direct download version will prompt you to update also.
