Question about def.station protection system

There is a "1 station per sector" limit in the game.
So, if someone destroys default station and builds his own in that sector, and after that server restores default station, then would there be TWO stations in one sector (restored default and built by user)? :o

The system will still only allow one functional command module per sector. The latest listing will be given priority if a server operator mistakenly leaves two command module listings for the same sector. When restoring, they can use the provided backup data file to copy and paste over any entries they wish to restore to replace any they don't want. Using their favorite text/document editor, they can run searches for a specific sector. They can also run a document comparison between their current data file and the original backup to quickly and easily sort through any old/new listings to add/remove them that way.
