I already own this game. I have an ID and Key. Can I install via steam with my ID and Key? I have reinstalled my operating system and would like to install and play through Steam.

Registration transfer/requests are handled via e-mail since they involve private information. In short, if 'this game' is one that is available on Steam and you purchased the game directly from SW3DG (perhaps prior to its availability on Steam), then it may be possible to acquire a Steam key. You'll need to submit your request via e-mail (starwraith.com > contact) with the reference ID for your license and name as it appeared on the original order.
