Playerlist generator for ADMINS

I'm working on a program for starport 6 that will create an HTML file listing the online players. It would be set to run on a schedule every 30 seconds to half an hour (depending on how it is set). And it will contain a setup utility that will let you set it up and then create a shortcut. You'd double click on the shortcut to actually run the program to create a playerlist on a schedule. Double clicking the actual program itself would just bring up the shortcut configuration/creation screen.
Would any of you guys be interested in something like this?
