[EL] HUD Targeting Arrow Tails

I could never sort out which meteor the arrow was pointing to during those "save the planet" contracts, so I added a tail to the blue-gray arrow ... and then decided to add it to all the others (for conformity). Battle tested, they work for me. See if they work for you. (Place them in your hud folder.)

I could never find the next asteroid plummeting toward a planet ... even after the smoke and debris cleared. With tails, I can now take out those asteroids without thrashing around.

The latest update to the game made changes to the target arrows. Thanks to Vice, I'm adding a modified set of arrows with tails here.
