AA's vector ribbon in EM?

Like the subject line says, I'm wondering if it's possible to port the vector ribbon HUD element from Arvoch Alliance into EM?

In-universe, that HUD element may be a specialized military feature for flight computers, but there's also an argument to be made that any spacecraft that operates near others would have that feature.

If it's not possible through any modding effort, then consider this a feature request for the EM expansion.
