Saw the post in evochron about adding non dockable bases for PvP.
Is something similar possible in arvoch to have generic stations or objects at locations of choosing in the ME ?

In AA, 'bases' are either for destruction as a mission objective or serve as repair/reload/refuel centers in multiplayer (and also for CTF/capturing in their respective multiplayer gameplay modes).

While I don't understand them fully, I have seen the objective options for the game modes you suggest.
My inquiry is more for custom placement of standing objects for scenery if i want to populate an area for a scenario.
Wasnt sure if there was a similar way the locations could be specified by the post in Evochron but if not, no worries.

There isn't a separate object entity system in the game like there is with quests in Evochron. Pretty much everything is ship based and centered around carriers or bases for their respective mission/multiplayer objectives.
