[EL SE] Console UI - Redesigns

I have made an attempt to improve the UI window for myself, I found it sometimes to be difficult to see with the lines shimmering and so on. So I tried my best in providing alternatives.

Extract the images into media/hud. Advise: make a backup of your previous images, if you have any.
