[EL] Perkan's ULTRA CLEAN HUD mod

PUCH mod for Evochron Legacy SE 20428.1

This is my version of modified HUD files. I decided to change some of game HUD appearance to look more cleaner with army green design without gunsight readouts on hud 2.

If you still want PUCH mod with gunsight readouts you can install optional files.

Some files/images I created myself but many of them were copy/pasted from other hud mods with minor modifications.
