Can't build cities on planets

Vice, I've tried 3x yet when I select the build COMMAND option on the surface of a planet (after I named it, of course), it shows I'm building one of those apartment complexes, but visually it's the control tower, WITH NO LIGHTS (power?). When I put a power supply next to it, it lights up. However, the beacon to land on it isn't there. I can't land but I hear the traffic controllers doing their thing. I tried two separate planets btw.

Before, I could place a landing pad on a planet and it would be magically powered and ready to go. Later, I'd add production and storage modules. No this go around.

Is something broke here?

CPU specs:
Ryzen 5 1650 Super
32 gigs of ram
Windows 10

Maybe, please send me a copy of your save game ( starwraith.com > contact ) and I'll check into it.

Edit: Never mind on sending the save game. I was able to duplicate the issue with a test and am working on the fix. I'll post here again when the updated build is available. Thanks for reporting!
