Search lights for planetary bases

Is this possible? Is that what the kit is for? They can be static meshes without the back and forth motion. This a crude drawing but I think you know where I'm going.

There isn't a way to add a projecting light, but there is a way you can modify/add a solid emissive light on a texture used by city/station structures.
