Recommand low demand desktop screen capture program?

So i'm wondering if any awesome folks here have any recommendations on a good Low demanding desktop screen capture program, kinda like how Manycam has. Simple, Free, No viruses, And doesn't use much power for self recording off for games.

I think I had either someone recommend to me or discovered when I was looking for a screen capture program, OBS Studio ( https://obsproject.com/ ). It has worked really well for me and is lean on resources. There are some limitations (that may or may not be issues for your video requirements) and requires some setting up, but once configured, it's really easy to use and does a great job capturing whatever is on the screen. It is also free, so it might be worth adding to your list of programs to at least check out to see if it's a good fit for you.
