Nice work Cap. I like.

The building is good fun. I've had as much fun building mine as I have running it.

I got sick of looking at all the fun the fighter jock pit guys were having with their spiffy switch panels and backlighting, so I ordered a desktop CNC machine to make my own! Once I shake all of the bugs out of it, I'll be putting together modular panels for use with EM and other sim games. Us space pit builders don't have the options FSX or most major flight sims do with off-the-shelf instruments and such. I have already managed to get "plug and play" switches to control the game, but indicator lights and such need a backend app like Cronic wrote. Like our in-game ships, we hack, kitbash and cannibalize to realize our vision. Hope I can help someone else's dream as much as these guys have been helping mine!

My rig is a little more generic than what's been undertaken here but is somewhat modular in that I do some ground vehicle racing (GTR and Richard Burns/RSBR WRC racing) as well as flight ops.

Somewhere on the forum I put up a few pics a while back, but dang if I can recall where... If I can't find it, I'll post up something.

This is one of the most amazing things I've seen in a good while. I actually "wowed" out loud. Holy crap.

I would so end up divorced if I had something like this. :P

Hey, Cap'n!
Believe it or not, I'm STILL working on my own project. I actually found the code you sent me for your mdf programs the other day, and UNDERSTOOD IT! LOL! I'll be posting progress (as I make it) and I've resurrected my blogspot page. You're quite an inspiration, and I appreciate the pointers to get me going.
