Playing the demo at the moment but seriously interested in buying the game. One deal breaker for me at the moment is why when I install the game on my E:\\ drive does the game want to put so much data on my C:\\ drive? When I do the pre render planet option, it loads almost 2gb on my C:\\ drive (which is a 64gb solid state drive that I'm trying to preserve as much space as possible on). Any way to change where the game saves this data?

Yes, that falls under the 'save data' location parameter, which is movable via the savedir.txt option. Details available here (under the Moving the Game to a Different Folder or Drive section):

And if you've already generated the planet data, you can apply the savedir.txt file with the new location you want and just copy the files to that location using the foldar tree pattern described in the post above (including the \\planet folder for those files).
