[EM 1.828] Evochron Mercenaries Win8 Multiplayer *FIXED*

When I try to search for servers it says "Search failed verify Internet connection"

I've allowed Evochron Mercenaries through the Windows firewall.

I'm running Windows 8 Pro, I've tried running as an administrator and in XP SP3 compatibility mode.

Thank you for the quick reply! I'm not sure how or why, but I restarted the game one more time and it is working fine now.

Edit: I think the problem might have been because I had created a new pilot and tried to join multiplayer without having started single player. That is the only difference between when it wasn't working and now that it is.
