question about Olympus Delta

Hi.

I'm currently in System Olympus Delta. Every time that I'm here there is always one navy ship that's attacking me. The other navy ships are green to me. Did I hit this guy once when I destroyed a rebel ship in the system? If I kill this navy ship will the other navy ships attack me then also?

If you think the problem is because you accidently fired on the Navy, leave the sector and return ... your reputation will re-set. If other pilots are in the same sector, then they must exit with you.

Tried that but that didn't help. Last night some navy ships were hostile to me and other navy ships not. My rep is around 70 with the navy in the system. It's not a problem, just trying to understand why some attack me.

Not all Navy in one Sector are the Navy of that Sector or System! They could be visiting Navy vesels from different Systems that are on good terms with the System they are visiting but be from a System that is Hostile towards you!....

There are two main factions: Alliance and Federation. Normally, your ship is identified as being of the Alliance. If a Federaton ship approaches (capital or otherwise), it might not be friendly.
