Just picked up the game, and it looks very interesting, but I was wondering will there be more improvements? Or even expansion(s)? I’d love to be able to walk around the space stations and get my quests and rumors that way, mingle at the bar with other pilots (even NPC ones) before heading off to the stars ect....

Vice is continually improving the games, both with ideas he wants to develop and relevant ideas from players. Vice's vision of the game is single pilot, small ship flying and so I don't expect to see 'out of ship' experiences being introduced. Ditto with running/flying capital ships. The exception is Terrain Walkers which are like ships on legs for walking around on planets and moons)

As DaveK points out, there won't likely be changes/additions along those lines. My interest and intended design is for Evochron to be a pretty tightly focused space flight simulation without such external or blended game themes/modes. It is designed to facilitate almost all gameplay options and control from the cockpit.

Thanks for the replies, I certainly understand that ideas that stray from the vision of the game wont be implemented, despite my own interest in it.

However is there a preferred feedback/suggestion area on the forum? Or is this thread sufficient for that stuff?

This thread works. This forum is generally the best route to gauge interest from others and to discuss pros/cons. My e-mail inbox (starwraith.com > contact) is the other if it's something you'd like me consider directly or in private.
