PRAETORS PvP JOUST CONTEST
[LL]King Arthur, PRAETOR AND KING, COMMANDER OF THE LEGION and All Pilots of the
Imperial Fleet are Hosting PvP JOUSTS in SAPPHIRE-SP6 at PvP ARENA STATION (-1,0,4) Begining at 8:00PM EST NIGHTLY.
**********RULES OF CONDUCT**********
1) ALL JOUSTS SHALL BE BY CHALLENGE AND ACCEPTANCE. ONE PILOT MUST CHALLENGE ANOTHER
AND RECIEVE THEIR ACCEPTANCE.
2) ALL JOUSTS ARE TO THE DEATH.
3) STATION REPAIR/REFUEL ARE FORBIDDEN DURING A JOUST
4) ONLY EXPLOSIVE AND SPECIALTY MISSLES WILL BE ALLOWED. NO FT'S, PROX MINES, OR ANY OTHER DEVICE OTHER THAN A MISSLE IS TO BE ALLOWED. PRIMARY
WEAPONS ARE AT THE DISCRESION OF THE PILOT AS TO THEIR CHOICE.
5) COMBATANTS MAY NOT USE A DEPLOY CONSTRUCTOR/BUILD CONSTRUCTOR AT ANY TIME DURING THE JOUST.
6) THE USE OF STEALTH DEVICES IS STRICKTLY FORBIDDEN.
7) THERE SHALL BE NO TIME LIMIT SET ON A JOUST. DEATH SHALL END IT.
8) PILOTS MAY USE ANY CALLSIGN THEY WISH. NO UNATHORIZED USE OF CLAN TAG WILL BE ALLOWED
JOUSTS SHALL BE FOR "INVITED" PILOTS ONLY. I, [LL]King Arthur, RESERVE the RIGHT
TO REFUSE ENTRY TO THE PvP SECTOR IN SAPPHIRE -SP6,-1,0,4, TO ANY PILOT I FEEL WILL DISRUPT THE JOUST OR TARNISH IT'S CODE.

Just one point of clarification which might confuse newer pilots:
Rule 4 is the only one mentioning weapons and it appears to limit you to missiles only!
Are you really specifying cannon-free combat?

Tonights PvP was RUINED By Cindy and Kat who Decided RULES Are Not for Them and Started Throwing FT's at Everyone. We Ended Up on CAPT's Personal
Server but I'm Messaging JANUS and Asking Him if He Could Put a Stop to Them.
They Simply have to DISRUPT and DESTROY ANYTHING GOOD in the Game.
Other than the Above it was a GOOD NIGHT.

It appears my bout with Percival was not only taxing my concentration but also my video card which overheated and BSOD'd me.
All fixed now.

OK, a couple things... #1 we did not decide rules are not for us. We just didn't appreciate being told to 'get lost' because we wouldn't obey your
every whim. And besides that, if'n ya talk like that to a couple kids who are quite good at playing EM, then ya should expect to be targeted a few
times. Sisters defend each other. Did you also know that 'please' goes a long ways? #2 I was the only one throwing FTs... and everyone wasn't my
target... it was you who were the target. Others just got in the way.
Disrupt and destroy anything good in the game? Really? OK then... so the only good things in the game are 'rules only' PvP and any clan that gets in
our way... which would be pretty much just [LL], right? Another thing... weren't you also the one who were saying what a good friend I was of you and
[LL] since I helped you out a lot with the percentages? Or was that just part of my imagination? I don't think it was. So... just because I was
trying to tell you not to talk that way to my little sister or to me, I'm now worth nothing to you. Especially since I won't be helping [LL] out
anymore in the next little while. So from what I'm seeing right now, if I don't do exactly what you want me to, then I'm not worth anything to you.

long could we get along? Not very long it appears. I'm mad that I allowed myself to care and get hurt. I'm sad because my brother would
want to have me banned because I didn't do exactly what he wanted. And I'm disgusted with myself because I actually believed the things you said. I
was so stupid. Congratulations, you got me to say how stupid I actually am when it comes to who to trust.
I will trust Janus's decision as being fair in this matter. If I broke any rules, then ban me. Please. If I didn't break any rules, please don't
ban me. Kat didn't break any server rules last night, unless it is against the rules to leave when players are being mean or if it is wrong to break
player made rules, so please don't ban her.
If player made rules must be followed without question when playing, then I have no interest in playing at all anymore. Especially
if'n the player(s) who make the rules talk like that to my sister or to me. I don't appreciate being told that unless I do this, this, and that, then

If I remember correctly, this all happened at -2,0,0 in Sapphire on Starport 6. So even if'n ya had the
right to ask us to follow your rules by the letter, we weren't in the sector specified by yourself King Arthur. So you had no right at all to tell
Kat or me to 'get lost' because we weren't following your rules as far as I'm concerned.
I don't care what you say about or to me, but I would appreciate it if you publicly apologized to my sister - Kat. You can say or do whatever you
want to me King Arthur, but Kat deserves a nice, sweet (or at least a decent) public apology from you.
OK, now I'm done with my 'rant'. Please have an awesome day and thanks for taking the time to read my long-ish post with my amazingly bad attitude

Sorry I didn't see this before. Starport 6 endorses this competition.
Interfering with a lawfully given and accepted challenge is discouraged and the contestants are encouraged to exact retribution to end such
interference. Repeated interference is, by server admin decree, harrassment and will be dealt with accordingly. Please report such harrassment in a
U2U to me here.
Use of Fulcrum torpedoes within a 20k spherical radius of Evochron Station is strongly discouraged. I hestiate to completely forbit it, but I will if
necessary.

Well I'm sorry that I got on your nerves. But from what I've seen of grown-ups, I don't want to grow up. And from what I've seen of teenagers, I
don't want to be a teenager. And from what I've seen of kids, I don't want to be a kid. So I really don't want to be any of those things right now

I have sent both Cindy and KingArthur U2U's. Bottom line here is don't bring personal squabbles onto someone else's server. And there is nothing in
the logs that indicate wrong doing for this time frame.
Remember for a server ADMIN to issue sanctions of any kind there must be some proof in the server logs or with screenshots. There is no evidence of
such in the server logs and I have received no screenshots showing wrongdoing. As for INSANEKAT, there was only 1 person that was destroyed while she
was logged in; INSANEKAT herself. So she is definitely in the clear.
As for throwing Fulcrum Torpedoes around, please don't do it within a sperephical radius of 20k from Evochron Station. This isn't just for the
competition but also because that's where newbies start. We don't want to run people off.
